Victor Cabinta, a Filipino author from the small island of Guam who aspires to become an internationally published writer.
Victor has a Master's degree in Creative Writing and is in pursuit of a Ph.D in the same field.
Alongside his passion for writing, he has been engaged in dancing since 2010 and continues to do so. Victor's ultimate dream is to own a dance studio complemented by a library.
